2. How will I know how, where, and when to make selections?
3. What if we want to make a change to our service plan?
Q.
Do I need a service technician?
A:
You may think that you don’t need a service technician for many jobs.
But in fact, for most jobs, a service technician is a better bet than
a D-I-Y technician. For example, replacing a toilet is a simple
job for a plumber unless the floor underneath is rotted. To fix the
rotted floor, you’ll need a different person altogether. Plumbing
a new sink is also simple for a plumber, but the plumber won’t be
able to replace the vanity that the sink sits in—that’s a job for
a general contractor. By calling a service technician first, you can
make sure that all the jobs will get done.
Q.
How will I know how, where, and when to make selections?
A: We will meet with you at your convenience to help you
plan your service and discuss the various options.
Q.
What if we want to make a change to our service plan?
A: We realize from experience that changes are a part of
the service process and therefore we will make every effort
to implement your changes as efficiently and cost effectively as
possible.
